Warranty Policy

All products manufactured by Simgames are made with high quality materials and have passed all the checks for their proper functioning.

However, there are some components (such as push buttons, cables, etc.) which receive more use and stress during their operation.
These products are from well-known manufacturers with high quality construction and high standards of operation and durability.
However, there is a failure rate (very small to our current experience) that may occur.

If you encounter a problem with your product, you can contact us and we will do our best to serve you and help you.

The warranties for our products are covered as shown below:
- Cables and connectors: 1 year from the date of shipment of the order.
- Displays, push buttons, rotary encoders e.t.c: Covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Products manufactured by Simgames: 1 year from the date of shipment of the order.

Even if your product is outside the above warranties, you can contact us and we will serve you as best we can.
